Truth-telling isn’t rebellious. It’s necessary.

The Puppetized Framework™

Resisting performance. Reclaiming power. Rebuilding systems.

This trauma-informed, copyright-protected model was built to address what too many institutions avoid: the replicable mechanics of harm in nonprofit, public health, and academic spaces. It doesn’t ask for permission. It offers a way forward—through data, design, and legally grounded structure.

Currently under review for implementation by Duke University CFAR, this framework integrates:

- Structural analysis

- ADA compliance and whistleblower protections

- Leadership by lived experience

- Licensing for ethical use and expansion

This isn’t theory. It’s strategy.
