A little about me...

Janine Brignola

Speaker. Strategist. Truth-Teller.

I’m Janine Brignola, and I don’t just challenge the status quo—I expose it, name it, and create blueprints to break it.

For over two decades, I’ve built a career at the intersection of advocacy, education, and transformation. From speaking on Capitol Hill to leading community-based initiatives, I’ve taken my lived experience and turned it into a force for systemic change. I specialize in identifying the invisible strings—whether in policy, prevention, public health, or performative inclusion—and cutting them.

Through consulting, writing, and public speaking, I help organizations, leaders, and changemakers move beyond tokenism to create impact that’s real, rooted, and revolutionary.

This site is more than a portfolio—it’s a home for frameworks like The Puppetized Framework™, a critique and call to action on how systems manipulate identity, advocacy, and power. It’s where strategy meets storytelling, and where lived experience is not just acknowledged, but centered and valued.

Here, you’ll find my training offerings, original thought leadership, published work, and insights from years of navigating institutions that weren’t built for people like me—but were changed because of people like me.

Welcome to the movement.
Let’s cut the strings—together.
